Veteran's Day

I want to take a minute here to thank all of the veterans who fought for this country. My dad and my Uncle (The Clocker) are both veterans and I want to say Happy Veteran's day! We appreciate what you have done for us. I actually think it is a shame how alot of our veterans are treated once they come back from serving their country...but let's not get me started on that rant today. I don't have the energy!

Well, if you guessed at yesterday's pictures....here is the answer! Lukas is A and Nicholas is B.

There are plenty of pictures where these two look identical. Nicholas did have the big alien eyes when he was little. They were all blue..deep, mesmerizing blue. There was no white outside around them. I looked down and told Eddie he looked like an alien!

Lukas is filling out nicely and I have a couple more pictures so you can see that he isn't that skinny little chicken anymore! I guess feeding him every 3 hours has been working nicely.....nicely enough that I hope they tell us on Friday that we could let him sleep a little longer in between feedings. Not just for my sake (well, OK...for my sake) but because he is always so tired that he falls asleep while he is eating and it is no fun trying to keep the little guy up.

I would love to stay and chat, but Grandma Phooie has taken Nicholas to see Madagascar 2 and I have to go take advantage of my time to nap. Talk to you soon!
